I received excellent service today. I’m allergic to bees and they cause a lot of anxiety for me. Mike came, and I just immediately knew he would take care of everything properly because he listened to my concerns. Then he explained everything he was going to do in detail. I had several nests, he took care of them then he treated the whole outside of the house. He couldn’t have been more pleasant and scheduling my appointment was also very easy. It had to be rearranged a few times because of my schedule but they were very helpful about it. I’m very happy I found Forbes, I highly recommend using them. I’ll be using them for all my pest control needs in the future. Thank you for the excellent service today.

A True professional who knows and understands what the customers needs. I have used Forbes for the past two years. Paul is thorough, neat and knows how to exterminate these bugs. He has excellent equipment and can spray very high in the Eves. Our home had tons of spiders, Flies, Hornets and many others. Paul took care of our problem and we will only use Forbes Pest Control. I like his maintenance program where he calls us and comes a few times a year. It really makes a difference. I highly recommend this company!

We had a very large yellow jacket hornet nest under our 2nd floor deck. In past years we'd been able to deal with them ourselves...but this time we decided they'd gotten too big too fast. We were also concerned for staining our house, our many foundation plants and killing the desirable pollinating bees around our many decorative house plants.

We called Forbes and left a message. Their office responded quickly, provided an estimate and explained what they'd do and quoted us a price. We arranged a visit. Paul came on time. After seeing the nest and house and chatting about our concerns, he recommended and applied a more environmentally friendly water soluble chemical than the a 'quick kill' chemical (like in the home spray cans). This stuff would dispatch the wasp and have less unintended consequences. Paul knew his business.

Donning a protective suit, he sprayed the nest and underside of the deck, successfully knocking it down, killing most wasps quickly. Those that escaped later died or left the area. He cleaned up the nest. Per request he only sprayed a small area under the roof soffits overhang nearby to deter rapid return of any wasps.

The house vinyl siding was not visibly stained, plants nearby seem fine, and the pollinating bees are still here. No wasps have returned in the two weeks he was here. The fee was as quoted.

We live in the woods so we know we may see them again next year. We're glad we called Forbes, and should we need help, we will again.

We were having an issue with spiders in our house. Mike was able to fit us into his schedule in a timely manner, which was great! He was very informative before our appointment in what he would be doing and how effective the treatment would be. Mike was very professional. He was also extremely thorough in his treatment process, which shows as we have not seen any bugs in or on the house since our appointment! I am very happy with his job well done and have/will be reffering people to contact him for the same help.
